First Floor Plan

The entire first floor is designed as an open-plan activity space. Because the footprint is very small, the kitchen is placed on the second floor, leaving the first floor as a very spacious family activity area. For a small home, this is an extremely comfortable design concept — allowing us to enjoy an open, unconfined space indoors. There is a public bathroom in the northwest corner. A rear door is located on the north side.

Second Floor Plan

The kitchen and dining area are located on the second floor.
