The exterior is kept simple, drawing from European styling but with streamlined details to make construction easier and more affordable. The two‑tone facade uses yellowish‑brown faux stone paired with white textured mineral paint. The flat roof also helps reduce building costs when compared to a pitched roof.

First Floor Plan

This home features a duplex layout with a double‑height living room, creating a grand and impressive entryway. The kitchen faces south — arguably the most frequently used space in the house. With three meals a day, a sunlit kitchen truly brightens your mood. The dining room is located right next to the kitchen and receives independent natural light from the east.
