The exterior is kept simple, drawing from European styling but with streamlined details to make construction easier and more affordable. The two‑tone facade uses yellowish‑brown faux stone paired with white textured mineral paint. The flat roof also helps reduce building costs when compared to a pitched roof.

First Floor Plan

This home features a duplex layout with a double‑height living room, creating a grand and impressive entryway. The kitchen faces south — arguably the most frequently used space in the house. With three meals a day, a sunlit kitchen truly brightens your mood. The dining room is located right next to the kitchen and receives independent natural light from the east. On the north side, there are two bedrooms and a shared bathroom, which can serve as guest rooms, an elderly‑friendly room, or maid's quarters.

Second Floor Plan

Because the living room on the first floor has a double‑height ceiling, the second floor offers limited usable space. The main area consists of one suite bedroom, which includes a private study and an ensuite bathroom — still very comfortable. On the south side, there is an open tea room, perfect for relaxing and taking a break.

Third Floor Plan

The third floor is the main living area. It features one suite and two secondary bedrooms. The suite on the easternmost side includes a walk‑in closet and a private bathroom. The north‑facing secondary bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom.

Fourth Floor Plan

The fourth floor mainly consists of two spare rooms. They are normally unoccupied but can temporarily accommodate visiting relatives or friends. Half of this floor is a terrace, which is ideal for drying laundry and bedding as well as for outdoor leisure.
