First Floor Plan

The layout is perfectly symmetrical from left to right. Upon entering, you step into a foyer. On each side, there is a large living room and a small living room. If elderly parents are still living with the family, converting the small living room into an elderly‑friendly bedroom would be very suitable. Moving further in, you reach the dining room, which is adjacent to the kitchen on the east side and a bathroom on the west side. The overall layout is very well designed.

Second Floor Plan

The second floor is the sleeping area, with three bedrooms. Two of them face south. The largest south‑facing bedroom serves as the master suite and includes a private bathroom.
