First Floor Plan

The main entrance leads into a lobby. To the north, the lobby opens into the dining room, creating a north-south open layout. The living room is designed to be relatively private, offering comfort and a sense of security, while benefiting from dual-aspect lighting that makes it spacious and bright. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining room and has a rear door providing direct access to the outdoors. On the east side, facing south, there is a senior-friendly bedroom with a private en-suite bathroom — an excellent choice for elderly family members with limited mobility. Next to the stairs, there is a small storage room, also with a rear door to the outside, making it very convenient for moving and storing items.

Second and Third Floor Plans

The layouts of the second and third floors are identical, with a relatively compact design. Each floor has four bedrooms — two facing south and two facing north.
