First Floor Plan
After entering through the porch, you first come to a foyer. Due to the relatively small footprint, the living spaces are designed as open-plan as possible. The living room connects with the dining room to the north, making the entire space feel very bright and airy. In the southwest corner, there is a south-facing bedroom that can serve as a senior-friendly room if there are elderly family members.

Second Floor Plan
The second floor is the private living area for the owner’s family. The layout is designed primarily with comfort in mind. There are two suites, each featuring a walk-in closet and a bathroom. All bedrooms face south, and one of the master bedrooms also includes a large balcony — very comfortable.

Third Floor Plan
The third floor is mainly used as a spare area. If the family grows or relatives and friends come to visit, there is ample living space available. This floor has three bedrooms sharing one bathroom. In the middle, there is a walk-in closet for storing clothes or bedding that are not used frequently. The closet connects to a terrace for convenient drying of laundry and bedding. Although the floor plan is not large, every space has been designed very reasonably.

Attic Floor Plan
The attic primarily serves as a functional space. The indoor portion includes a study and a gym, both with bright windows, so natural lighting and ventilation are not an issue. Outside, there is a spacious terrace that serves as an outdoor leisure space for the family — quite delightful.
