First Floor Plan

The main south entrance leads directly into a foyer, which is open to the living room and dining room, making the entire space feel very bright and spacious. The living room features a double-height ceiling, with a terrace above — this does not affect the usability of the space. The dining room provides access to the outdoor earthen stove kitchen, accommodating traditional cooking habits in rural areas, while there is also a regular indoor kitchen. There are two bedrooms on the first floor, one on the south side and one on the north side. The south-facing bedroom has a private bathroom, making it extremely convenient for elderly family members. On the west side there is a garage with a south-facing entrance, and a back door from the garage leads directly into the house.

Second Floor Plan

The second floor has four bedrooms — two facing south and two facing north. The south-facing bedroom on the far west side serves as the master bedroom, featuring a private bathroom and a large private terrace.
