First Floor Plan

The porch on the first floor is designed as a recessed space, with the roof above providing shade and rain protection. This also increases the floor area on the second floor and above, making good use of space. The living room and dining room are designed as an open space, which makes the small house feel quite spacious. On the south side of the first floor is a senior bedroom, avoiding the trouble and risk of elderly family members climbing stairs.

Second Floor Plan

The living room on the second floor features a double‑height void, trading floor area for vertical space, which makes it exceptionally open and bright. There is one bedroom on the south side and one on the north side, sharing a common bathroom. In the middle of the north side is a small bar counter — a very cozy little space.
