First Floor Plan

A corridor is designed along the front facade. The main entrance features double doors that open directly into the living room. For convenient daily access, a small side door is provided next to it, leading into the tea room. The living room, dining room, and tea room are interconnected, and the open-plan design makes the space feel very spacious.
On the first floor, there is a south-facing bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, which is well-suited as a bedroom for elderly parents. At the back, there is also a walk-in closet for storing everyday items.
