First Floor Plan

Upon entering through the porch, you first come to an ancestral hall, which also serves as a transitional space between the outdoors and indoors. Beyond the ancestral hall is a large living room, which opens to the dining room on the north side, making the space feel even brighter and more open. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen. The semi-detached kitchen has direct access to the outdoors, which aligns well with rural living habits.
A storage room is located in the middle, utilizing the space under the stairs to expand its area, providing ample room for storing everyday items. On the west side are two bedrooms — one facing south and one facing north.

Second Floor Plan

The second floor is primarily a sleeping area, with four bedrooms — one located in each corner of the floor plan. The bedroom in the southeast corner is the most spacious and features a private bathroom, making it suitable as the master bedroom. The central open space serves as a study or tea room, with a south-facing balcony. On the far west side of the second floor, an open terrace has been created using the space above the kitchen, which is very convenient for drying laundry or enjoying outdoor leisure time.

Attic Floor Plan

The staircase provides direct access to the attic under the roof. This space can accommodate a water tank and also serves as a larger storage area.
