First Floor Plan

Although the house is small, the layout is very well planned. After entering through the main entrance on the first floor, you step into a large open space. The space is divided by the layout into an entry hall, a living room, and a dining room, making the entire area feel very spacious. On the south side there is a senior bedroom with good natural light; its 12 m² area is more than sufficient. The shared bathroom is right at the door, which is very convenient. There is a back door on the first floor, and connected to it is a storage room—perfect for putting away farming tools or other items as soon as you come home.

Second Floor Plan

On the second floor there are three rooms. Facing south are a master bedroom and a secondary bedroom. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and a private balcony, making it very comfortable. On the north side there is a small room. The original owner intended to use it as a living room, so that there would be a shared activity space on the second floor. Of course, if the family has more members, it could also serve as a small bedroom.
