Basement Floor Plan

We took advantage of the sloping terrain to create a partial basement. On the side with a smaller slope difference, we chose to level the ground. The basement is fully daylit and includes a two-car garage, along with a storage room and a wine cellar.

First Floor Plan

The main entrance is on the south side. Upon entering, you first come to a transitional foyer, which adds privacy to the interior spaces. Beyond the foyer is a large open space where the living room and dining room connect. The living room features a double-height ceiling, making the entire area feel very grand and spacious. The kitchen is located right next to the dining room. On the east side, there is a senior bedroom with a private bathroom, as well as a game room.

Second Floor Plan

The second floor has three bedrooms and a small study. The suite on the far east side is the master bedroom, which includes a walk-in closet and a master bathroom. Both the first and second floors feature multiple balconies and terraces, so no matter where you are, you can easily connect with nature — very pleasant and comfortable.
